Our Pottery Paint Parties are Kil’n It!

Celebrate your child’s birthday in a creative way! Each child chooses a piece of ceramic pottery, and acrylic colors, to paint it in their own style.
Once the pottery is dried with hair dryers, we add a glossy sealer. They can be taken home at the end of the party! All supplies are included.
Parties are 2 hours long. We provide an extra table for your food, beverages, and party bags that you’d like to add to your party.

 

Planning a Party is Easy at Kil’n It Pottery!

1. CHOOSE YOUR PARTY SIZE: Large, Medium, or Small, and click SELECT. Party size is Kids & Adults staying at the party, even if they are not painting. We encourage parents to drop off and pick up their kids at the end of the party.
(If you’re not sure of the size yet, start with Small and add on later.)

2. On the calendar, click the Day and Time you would like your party. If the time is not listed, then it is not available.

3. Click “continue” to add information about your party. Then proceed to the Booking Fee payment options.
Booking Fee is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with a 48 hour notice.

4. Pottery is chosen at the party, and paid for at the end of the party. You can choose a price range for the pottery in the info page.

Call our studio a week prior to your party to confirm the number of people. You can change it at this time if needed.

Guidelines:

  • We recommend booking your party 2 weeks or more in advance.

  • Include the number of adults attending the party as chaperones, since standing room is not allowed.

  • We encourage parents to drop off/pick up their children attending the party.

  • Aprons are provided, but paint may get on clothing.

Setting Up:

  • One table is provided for food, beverages, and party bags to be brought in by the host.

  • Please bring any paper/plastic products you will need for serving.

  • If you are bringing ice, it must be in a leak-proof cooler.

  • Our studio is a large, open, creative space. We do not offer private rooms for parties.

  • Extra tables and chairs are not allowed to be brought into the studio.

Decorations:

  • Decorations are allowed on your reserved tables, but no glitter, confetti, balloon sculptures, piñatas, speakers, or noise makers please.

  • You are welcome to arrive 30 min. prior to the party to set up, and 30 min. after for picking up.

Studio Rules:

  • By paying the Booking Fee, you are agreeing to our Studio Rules, listed at the bottom of this page.

  • Please read the Studio Rules prior to your party.

We offer Personalized Invitations!

Once you have booked your party, place your request for a Personalized Invitation to be emailed to you.
Your invitation can be sent electronically to your guests, or you can print it out too.

Studio Rules: We are here to have fun and be creative! But there are some rules to follow for everyone’s safety, and to avoid damaging the pottery.

The host/adults attending the party are responsible for the behavior of all children attending their party:

  • Running through the studio is not allowed for safety reasons.

  • Chaperoning children near the ceramic pottery, and at the rest rooms is required.

  • Only clean hands when picking out the ceramics on shelves. No messy hands from paint or food.

  • If any pottery is broken, or paint is left on ceramics on shelves, the host will be charged.

If the host is late on arrival, or if the party runs beyond the designated amount of time, there will be an extra charge that is due that day.
The fee will be by the hour, proportionate to the booking fee.
