Batter Bowl Wheel Workshop, Weds. 2/18, 6-8pm
Create a beautiful and functional Batter Bowl for your kitchen! Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel with hands-on instructions. No experience needed! You will be working with 3 pounds of clay to create a larger piece. Your bowl will take time to dry before we fire it in our kiln.
Admission includes a return visit after 2 weeks to paint your pottery in your own style with colorful pottery glazes.* Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Ages 10 and up.
*No charge for 1 return visit with no time limit during our business hours.
For a second return visit, there is a $12 charge.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, as instruction will begin promptly at 6pm.
Late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation without refund.
Registrations are closed 2 hours prior to the workshop so that we can prepare materials.
Aprons are provided, but clay may get on clothing and shoes.
Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+.
